厚型钢结构防火涂料施工要求

The construction requirements for fireproof coating of thick steel structure are as follows:

1、技术要求 Technical requirements

（1）钢结构应经密封剂密封处理，除涂防火涂料外，不得出现任何开裂缝。

(1) The steel structure should be sealed with sealing agent. No cracks shall be allowed in addition to fireproof coating.

（2）涂防火涂料厚度不小于3mm，厚度均匀，无局部浮香、崩落、裂缝、裂纹、鼓包等缺陷，且香度、手感和色泽要符合规定的要求。

(2) The thickness of fireproof coating shall not be less than 3mm, and the thickness shall be uniform. There shall be no local floating, falling, cracking, cracking, bulging and other defects, and the smell, hand feel and color shall meet the specified requirements.

（3）涂膜表面平整，无任何凹凸不平、残留物和颗粒状物。

2、基材准备 Material preparation

（1）前期施工质量检验应在钢结构通过抗震静力试验，焊接接头通过试焊后方可开始。

（2）基体表面应干净，无油污、表面的腐蚀损伤和碎料杂物，同时腐蚀严重的部位应做到经处理后再涂刷防火 。

3、施工流程 Construction process

（1）裁剪：钢结构涂料面要进行刮刀剔除漆层，20mm刀刃角，15mm厚度，贴膜处。

(1) Cutting: The steel structure coating surface should be scraped off with a scraper, 20mm blade angle, 15mm thickness and film pasting.

（2）拉毛处理：表面作刮毛处理；

(2) Drawing: The surface is treated with scraping;
